A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to challenge the Order dated 16.10.2021 of learned ASJ whereby the Order of learned M.M dated 13.03.2019 dismissing the Application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. of the Petitioner, has been upheld. 2.
