The present regular first appeal has been filed by the Appellant-Outlook Publishing (India) Pvt. Ltd. under Section 13(1) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 read with Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, inter alia, assailing the impugned judgment dated 6th March, 2025 in CS(COMM) No. 73/2021 titled ‘Outlook Publishing (India) Pvt. Ltd. v. R.R. Solution’ passed by ld. District Judge (Commercial) -03, South, Saket, New Delhi (hereinafter, ‘ld. Commercial Court Judge’). Vide the impugned judgment, the suit for recovery filed by the Appellant for a sum of Rs.11,09,159/- along with interest was dismissed. 3. The Respondent herein is stated to have availed of certain advertisements in the print editions of the magazines published by the Appellant.
