The present Review Petition has been filed on behalf of the Review Applicants seeking review of the order dated 08.07.2024 [hereinafter referred to as “Order in Review”] passed by this Court. The Order in Review had directed that status quo be maintained with regard to the services of the Petitioners in terms of Section 33(1)(a) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 [hereinafter referred to as “Act”]. 4.
