The prayer in the present petition is, merely, limited to the effect that the learned Trial Court may be requested to consider the application moved by the defendants under Order VII Rule 11 CPC. 2. The suit in question is commercial in nature and the issues were framed on 21.03.2025. 3. After framing of issues, the defendants moved an application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC, seeking rejection of the suit. 4.
