This petition has been filed by the contempt petitioner stating that in spite of the Order dated 22.04.2025 passed by this Court, restraining the respondent from remarrying, the respondent has remarried on 04.05.2025. In support, the petitioner places on record certain photographs. However, from these photographs it is not evident that the respondent has remarried. 3. Even otherwise, we have already dismissed the appeal filed by the appellant being MAT APP. (F.C.) NO.120/2025, which had challenged the divorce decree passed by the learned Family Court. Contempt being a matter between the Court and the respondent, we do not find the present petition to be one where we should exercise our jurisdiction under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 or Article 215 of the Constitution of India. 5. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
