Smt. The factual matrix of the instant appeal pertains to the marriage between the respondent and the appellant, which was solemnized on 28.03.2011 according to the Sikh Rites and ceremonies in Delhi. It was the second marriage of both the parties and was love-cum- arranged. No child was born out of the said wedlock. 3. Subsequently, the respondent filed the divorce petition in question, on 14.12.2016, alleging grounds of cruelty and desertion, primarily alleging therein that the appellant married him only to obtain Australian citizenship and thereafter, subjected him to continuous mental harassmen
