The present writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for directions to the respondent-New Delhi Municipal Council (“NDMC”), for fixing a specific period within which the respondent is bound to make the proposed Assessment List available for inspection. Further, it is prayed for providing extracts, as demanded by the petitioners. 2.
