The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No.167/2024 of PS Inderpuri for offences under Section 109(1)/3(5) of BNS. 2. Briefly stated, the allegation against the accused/applicant is that he along with his co-accused Gattu stabbed the complainant de facto and fled away. As per MLC, the complainant de facto was found to have suffered a stab wound on right side of upper abdomen, left upper arm and left thigh with no active bleeding noticed.
