A Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as “Cr.P.C.”) read with Article 227 of Constitution of India has been filed against the Order dated 13.01.2017 in Criminal Appeals No.233/2016 and 254/2016, which have been dismissed by the learned ASJ, on the grounds of limitation. 2.
