The present appeal is filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as "A&C Act") by the Appellant herein challenging a Judgment dated 26.03.2024 passed by the Ld. District Judge (Commercial Court -01) South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as "District Judge") in OMP (COMM) 64/2023. The Ld.
