The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner challenging the Order dated 05.05.2025, passed by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) in Misc. Appeal No.67/2025. Vide the said Order, the DRAT has upheld the Order dated 09.04.2025, passed by the Presiding Officer, DRT-II, Delhi, in SA No.129/2025. 2. Shorn of unnecessary details, the facts, leading to the present case, are as under: a. The Petitioner was married to one P.S. Sawhney, son of Respondent No. 2, on 22.12.1996, and has been residing at A-6, Nizamuddin West, New Delhi – 110003 (hereinafter referred to as “subject property”) since her marriage. 2.
