Petitioners have sought quashing of the FIR No.623/2017 of PS Dabri for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC on the ground that parties have compromised the disputes. All the petitioners and respondent no.2 have personally appeared and are identified by their respective counsel and Investigating Officer/SI Monu Kumari. 2. I have spoken with the parties in Hindi. 3. It is stated by the parties that they have compromised all disputes arising out of matrimony between petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 submits that towards full and final settlement of all her claims including stridhan and alimony, she has already received from petitioner no.1 a total sum of Rs.7,00,000/- in terms with their settlement dated 28.01.2025 recorded in Counselling Cell, Family Courts.
