Petitioners have sought quashing of the FIR No.623/2017 of PS Dabri for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC on the ground that parties have compromised the disputes. All the petitioners and respondent no.2 have personally appeared and are identified by their respective counsel and Investigating Officer/SI Monu Kumari. 2. I have spoken with the parties in Hindi. 3. It is stated by the parties that they have compromised all disputes arising out of matrimony between petitioner no.1 and respondent no.2.
