The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 873/2021 of PS S.P. Badli for offence under Section 302/34 IPC. The interim bail is sought solely on the ground that the accused/applicant needs medical treatment for piles suffered by him. As reflected from Status Report dated 06.05.2025 filed before the learned Trial Court while similar application was being dealt with, the jail doctor reported that appropriate medical treatment is already being administered to the accused/applicant and his medical condition is stable. 2.
