By way of the present petitions, the petitioners seek to challenge the letters dated 21st April, 2025 issued by the respondent/Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”), declining to extend the contracts/allotments of the petitioners for display of advertisements through unipoles, for a further period of two years. The petitioners were issued contracts for displaying advertisements through unipoles in the year 2022 for a period of ‘3+2’ years.
