This petition has been filed challenging the Order dated 10.01.2025, passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, ‘Tribunal’), in O.A. No. 2049/2019, titled Deepti Aggarwal v. GNCT of Delhi & Ors., filed by the respondent herein, allowing the O.A. with the following directions: “8.
