This petition has been filed challenging the Order dated 16.12.2022 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (PB), New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No.1644/2021, titled Sh. Amit Kumar & Ors. v. Govt, of NCT of Delhi & Ors. filed by the respondent Nos.1 to 5, with the following directions: “14.
