Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions from Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Taku, Constituted Attorney, submits that the dispute inter se the parties has been amicably settled for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-. 3. The Court has interacted with the Respondent and on a query, the Respondent confirms that he has settled matter with the Petitioner Company. The Respondent also confirms that he is accepting the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as a full and final settlement of all his claims, under the Impugned Award dated 15.03.2021. 4. The original demand draft has been handed over to the Respondent in the Court today.
