This petition has been filed challenging the Order dated 04.09.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 4524/2018, titled O.P. Gaud (Ex. A.E. (Civil) Group ‘B’) v. Delhi Jal Board, allowing the said O.A. with the following directions: “(i) The impugned order dated 22.11.2016 (Annexure A/1) and appellate order dated 29.05.2018 (Annexure A/52) are set aside; (ii) Applicant shall be entitled to all consequential benefits in accordance with the relevant rules and instructions on the subject including opening of the sealed cover.
