CJM, Jhansi in Case Crime No. 55/2025, P.S. Nawabad District Jhansi and subsequent remands orders in the same case crime as well as in Case Crime No. 35/2025 & 73/2025 P.S. Nawabad District Jhansi, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge-sheet on 06.05.2025. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Leaving it open for the petitioner to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is disposed of.
