This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.3.2025 registered as Case Crime No.151 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 82(2), 85, 351(2) BNS, at Police Station Bilari, District Moradabad. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 5.
