Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. Present writ petition has been preferred to quash the FIR dated 26.4.2025 being Case Crime No. 0211 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 333, 70(1), 115(2), 351(2), 352 of BNS, at Police Station Tappal, District Aligarh in respect of the petitioners and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and there is false implication. As per prosecution version, alleged incident took place on7.3.2025 and the respondent no. 4/informant lodged the impugned FIR on 27.4.2025 with inordinate delay.
