The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioner has challenged the legality, propriety, and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 24.3.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 05 of 2025, under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 317(2) B.N.S., 2023 at Police Station Cyber Crime Police, District Hamirpur.
