Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This writ petition has been filed praying for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 14.2.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 40 of 2025, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station- Didarganj, District- Azamgarh. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to arrest or harass the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report." 3.
