Trial Court Special Judge (SC/ST) Act and to set petitioners at liberty, need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge- sheet on 29.04.2025. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 3. Leaving it open for the petitioners to seek appropriate protection in respect of the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum, this writ petition is disposed of.
