Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Ramesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the informant and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 15.04.2025 being Case Crime No.59 of 2025 under Sections 352, 351 (3), 109 and 110 BS, P.s. Niwadi, Distt. Ghaziabad and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. After substantial arguments, once we declined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, he states that liberty may be accorded to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed leaving it open for the petitioner to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/b
