The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to ensure fair investigation of Case Crime No.85 of 2025 under Sections 61 (2), 103 (1), 324 (4) BNS, P.S. Sumerpur, Distt. Hamirpur. 3. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, states that in the present matter final report has already been forwarded to the competent court on 06.05.2025. 4. In view of above, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, she may avail the remedy as available in law. 5.
