The instant writ petition has been preferred for a direction to respondents to ensure fair investigation of Case Crime No.0014 of 2025 under Section 103 (1) BNS, P.S. Sultanpur Ghos, Distt. Fatehpur. 3. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, states that in the present matter final report has already been forwarded to the competent court on 27.04.2025. 4. In view of above, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail the remedy as available in law. 5.
