We are not impressed by the prayer made in the writ petition to direct fair investigation in the First Information Report, registered as Case Crime No.0005 of 2024 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 452, 427, 354, 392 IPC, P.S. Holagarh, Distt. Prayagraj, once it is submitted that upon conclusion of investigation, a chargesheet has already been submitted in the matter on 31.07.2024. All issues of fact are open for examination before the court concerned. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition or to issue any direction for re- investigation in the matter. 3. Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed. 4.
