Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking respondent no.2-Deputy Commissioner of Police (Mahila Suraksha), Police Commissionerate, Sector-108, Gautam Budhh Nagar, Noida, U.P. to look into, examine and redress the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and in the light of judgment in Lalita Kumari v.
