The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief: "A. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned externment order dated 06.05.2025 passed by Respondent No. 2 in Case No. D202511520001007 under section 3/4 U.P. Control of Goonda Act (State versus Sakib). B. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the stay application in Appeal No. C202511000001168 of 2025 (Sakib versus State of U.P) filed by the petitioner within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3.
