The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 02.05.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 157 of 2025 under Sections 137(2) and 87 of the B.N.S. at Police Station Dataganj, District Budaun and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. The impugned FIR was lodged by the informant, alleging that his sister had been missing for four days. The informant expressed suspicion against four individuals, including the petitioners, claiming that one of them assured him that his sister would return within a day or two. 4.
