This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 & 3 to arrest and take necessary action against the respondent No.4 to 7 in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 09.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0165 of 2025, Under Sections 61(2), 90, 103, 305 of Bhartiya Nyayh Sanhita, 2023 of Police Station- Chauri Chaura, District- Gorakhpur and also direct the respondent No.1 to transfer case before other investigating officer for free and fair investigation of the case. b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 & 3 to produce the progress report before this Hon'ble Court in First Information Report
