The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the petitioner has challenged the legality, propriety, and validity of the impugned First Information Report dated 1.6.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 558 of 2024, under Section 420, 406 IPC, at Police Station Indrapuram, District Trans Hidon Commissionerate Ghaziabad.
