Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report dated 2.1.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0007 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 109(1) and added Section 103(1) of BNS, at Police Station Hathras Gate, District Hathras. 3. On the other hand, learned AGA on the instructions states that during investigation Section 103 of B.N.S. is also added against the petitioner and the investigation is in progress. 4. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as n
