The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R, dated 16.4.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0133 of 2025, under sections 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS, at Police Station Saini, District Kaushambi and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR. 3. On the other hand, learned AGA on the instructions states that in the instant matter police report/Chargesheet is already submitted to the Competent Court on 25.4.2025, as such, no cause of action survives.
