Issue a writ, order or direction to the Respondent No. 2 (The Superintendent of Police, District Muzaffar Nagar) to supervise the investigation of petitioner's Case Crime No. 128 of 2025 U/S 69, 77, 123, 352, 351(3) BNS and 3, 5(1) U.P.Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021 and 3(2)(v) SC/ST Act, P.S. - Kotwali Nagar, District- Muzaffar Nagar dated- 21.4.2025 and ensure the fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law within time bound period without any undue delay, otherwise petitioner deprive from justice." 3.
