This writ petition is preferred praying for following principal relief: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 and 3 to ensure the strict compliance of mandatory directions issued by the Constitution Bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Para 120.1 to para 120.8 in the case reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others decided on 12.11.2013 and Supreme Today Criminal Appeal No. 2351 of 2023, SLP (Crl.) No. 5883 of 2020 Sindhu Janak Nagargoje Vs. The State of Maharashtra and others decided on 08.08.2023, Smt. Razeena Bano and another Vs. State of U.P. reported in 2015 (2) ADJ 232 (Annexure No. 1 and 2 to the writ petition). (II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus
