Parvez Alam and others) pending in the court of Assistant Police Commisisoner / Executiv Magistrate, Cantt, District Kanpur Nagar (respondent no. 3) (Annexure no.1 and 2), II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature mandamus commanding and of directing to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of chalani report dated 10.01.2025 as well as order dated 3.02.2025 under Section 130 B.N.S.S.police station- Rail Bazar, District Kanpur
