Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the FIR dated 07.10.2024 registered as Case Crime No.746 of 2024 under Section 191(2), 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 76 BNS 2023 and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Banna Devi, District Aligarh need not be examined on merits in view of the statement made by learned A.G.A. that investigation has already concluded in the matter with submission of charge- sheet on 29.12.2024 against petitioner no.1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 and so far as petitioner no.4-Pooja is concerned, she has been exonerated from all charges. The chargesheet is otherwise not under challenge. 2. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 3.
