Hon'ble Mahesh Chandra Tripathi,J. Hon'ble Anil Kumar-X,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition is preferred under Article 226 Constitution of India inter-alia with following principal relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction to the effect that personal bonds and sureties executed by petitioner in any Case Crime/FIR mentioned in paragraph no.16 of the writ petition may be hold good for seven other FIRs/Case Crime." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner is already enlarged on bail by the court below but on account of non submission of personal bonds and sureties in Case Crime/FIR mentioned in paragraph 16 of the writ petition till date he could not be enlarged on bail.
