Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the material brought on the record. 2. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents raised a preliminary objection qua the maintainability of the instant petition on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction as the First Information Report is being lodged as "Zero F.I.R." and the same has already been transferred to Police Station- Saini, Kesar Villa, Near Mahakali Mandir, Himmatnagar, Sabar Kantha, Gujarat. Therefore, the instant petition is liable to be dismissed on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction. 3. Confronted with above situation, learned counsel for the petitioner could not overcome the same. 4. In view of the above, the instant petition stands consigned to record.
