The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 10.12.2024 registered as Case Crime No.0719 of 2024 under Section 103(1) BNS 2023, Police Station Kankar Khera, District Meerut. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Shri Paritosh Malviya, learned A.G.A.-I raised preliminary objection qua maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner is not an accused in the present case crime and at his behest, the relief, as has been sought for, cannot be accorded, as such the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.
