Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 26.04.2025 registered as Case Crime no.0037/2025, under sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(4), 340(2) BNS 2023. Police Station- Paschim Sharira, District Kaushambi. 3. After substantial argument, once the court has declined to quash the impugned first information report, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, he may avail the remedy as available in law. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
