Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the First Information Report dated 07.07.2022 registered as Case Crime no.0412/2022, under sections 323, 504, 427, 354(Kha), 506 IPC Police Station- Handia, District Prayagraj. 3. On the matter being taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed and leave may be accorded to invoke the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say, in case the petitioners are aggrieved, they may avail the remedy as available in law. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
