Prayer made in the writ petition to quash the First Information Report dated 22.3.2025, registered as Case Crime No.114 of 2025, under Sections 85(2) BNS and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station-Anapur, District- Kasganj. 3. Learned AGA on instructions submits that in the instant matter the charge-sheet has already been submitted against petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 in the competent court on 7.5.2025. It is also informed that during investigation no complicity of the petitioners have been found and petitioner nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7 have been exonerated from all the charges levelled against them. 4.
