Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been preferred for quashing the impugned FIR dated 23.04.2025 being Case Crime No.199 of 2025 under Sections 115 (2), 351 (3), 352, 64 (1), 62, 75 (2) BNS, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, Distt. Etah and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR. 3. After substantial arguments, once we declined to interfere in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not inclined to press the writ petition. However, he states that leave may be accorded to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available in law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed leaving it open for the petitioner to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
