Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime no.0082 of 2024, under Sections 452, 323, 504 and 506 of I.P.C., P.S. - Phulpur, District- Prayagraj. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that in the present matter charge-sheet has already been submitted before the competent court on 25.7.2024 and as such the writ petition has rendered itself as infructuous as the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4. Considering the categorical statement of learned A.G.A., we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. 5. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
