By means of the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner is assailing the legality and validity of First Information Report dated 14.04.2025 in Case Crime No.0154 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3(1)(da), 3(2)(va) of S.C./S.T.
