Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State respondents and Sri Ashutosh Pandey, learned counsel for the informant. 3. The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the First Information Report dated 13.4.2025 registered as Case Crime No.94 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 352, 351(2), 131 BNS 2023, 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) SC/ST Act, P.S. Harraiya, District- Basti. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that parties have entered into a compromise on 15.4.2025. He further states that since the parties have already settled the matter in light of the compromise entered into on 15.4.2025, the instant First Information Report is liable to be quashed. 5. Learned counsel for the informant states informant has no objection
