Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime no.47 of 2025, under Section 137(2, 87 BNS, P.S. Bahariya, District Prayagraj. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the instructions, states that in the instant matter charge-sheet dated 30.3.2025 is already submitted to the Competent Court, as such, no cause of action survives. Even otherwise the charge-sheet is not under challenge and accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.
